Cooper is an excellent trainer! He’s personal, professional and made me like to work out,,,that’s huge change for me! Definitely recommend Cooper for personal training. He cross train using not only gym equipment but as well as body weights, outdoor which I found it very versatile and fun! He listen to how my body reacts to certain workouts and provide me with many modified versions to curated for me personally. I was not a big gym guy to begin with not knowing how to use certain equipment or how work out forms should be, Cooper always show me the correct form and tempo so easier to jump into each movements. I started seeing results on my body strength after couple of weeks, body shapes after couple of months, I am now confident and proud of my body and ultimately love continuing to workout! I've worked out with Cooper for two years now and have had so much fun! He challenges me and also keeps me accountable to my fitness goals. Nothing is ever routine, he keeps it fresh and inventive. I've had a couple of soreness/sensitivity issues due to past surgeries and he was able to easily modify and use his knowledge to help me get a great workout without hurting myself. I would highly recommend Cooper to anyone looking for a good workout and a fun trainer!!

Having Cooper as a trainer has been amazing, both in the short term and long term. I've always had issues with knee pains and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. His attention to technique is superb. Not only does he train me, he trains with me! Some additional Pros: Complimentary protein shakes Very personable Personal and Private Gym
