We do not give quotes over the phone because we assess and cater to the needs of the client though a binding estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple... find and fix. Find out the end result needed by the client; then, fix the problems preventing the end result desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
