The Ola MaiKai is a private mansion in Oahu. Just 15 minutes out of Waikiki, we would be honored to host your guests to a private luxury experience away from the crowds.
In Hawaiian, Ola MaiKai means “it’s a beautiful life” and you will see why we named it that when you step inside our sprawling 7,000 sq ft mansion. The entire home is an architectural masterpiece with views of the ocean built around a massive pool and ever room was built to breathe and blur the lines of inside and outside.
The Ola MaiKai can host any where between 1-50 guests. We offer optional decorations, wedding planning, van rental, guitar entertainment, and more.
A little background:
We recently purchased this estate in spring 2022 and will be investing extensively to redesigning it. So the pictures you see online are only the baseline. We expect it to be even more gorgeous when we begin renting it out in July 2022.
Because this is a brand new venue, we are currently offering discounted rates.
The owners are Meg and Will Hall. Meg was previously a wedding planner in San Diego and has degrees in event management, marketing, and her MBA. Wills is her husband whom is a Coast Guard Jag stationed in Hawaii. His talents include guitar playing and singing.

I came to know Partyspark through Thumbtack. A few months before my wedding, I concluded that I needed a week-of-planner. The details imparted to me by Megan on their style of wedding planning and the competitive pricing were desirable. Upon getting to know more on how Megan handles their logistics and planning methods, she was a step ahead on to where I was in planning my own wedding. She was ready to work with me to put all wedding elements together to make it a wonderful event. I was introduced to a planning website that provided a user-friendly format on how to organize the details of the event. She made sure I have all the materials I need through checklists and notes. She responded to e-mails timely, and made an efficient timeline the day before and day-of the wedding. Scheduled weekly phone conversations to be able to review and discuss our plans. She was on full hands-on the week-of the wedding. She directed vendor walkthroughs and took care of the details (cake decorations, dinner, cocktail, and kids table set-up). Arrangements of the decorations were well done, that it exceeded my expectations. She was there for me on the day-of the wedding, and always checked if I needed anything. She even had extra flats for me to borrow when my feet got tired of dancing in high heels. Reminded me to have a full smile when it gets hectic. Effectively managed the set-up and clean-up in our reception, and handled our personal belongings with care. She was my hero that day! Saved me from a lot of trouble and mishaps that could have had happened if she was not there. Megan was indeed one step ahead of me and I am very grateful to have a coordinator like her. :)

We are working with Kelli from PartySpark to plan our destination wedding in San Diego. She is professional, friendly, and great at keeping me on track along the way! (I swear we couldn't pull it off without her!) I have no doubt our wedding will be beautiful and we have Kelli and PartySpark to thank for that!

Megan set us with Lairin, she works for Megan and she did great asking us questions that helped us figure out how we were doing in getting ready for the day off the wedding. The day of our wedding i was impressed she did amazing, she handled so many things pretty well. We are glad to have gone with Partyspark!!

From the start, Megan was very attentive and responsive to our needs and vision for our dream wedding. My husband and I had a 350-guest wedding, which is a task in itself, but it was also an Indian wedding, which are filled with very detailed traditions and separate events within the wedding itself. I had started planning for the wedding a year in advance, and quickly realized I needed help. Our wedding was in San Diego and both my husband and I lived in two different states. I knew that PartySpark was a startup company and that they had no Indian wedding experience, but after speaking with Megan, I knew she understood what I was looking for. We decided to hire PartySpark about 6 months before the wedding and now I can't even imagine what we would have done without Megan and her team. She was able to put us at ease about the whole planning process. She coordinated FaceTime meetings, meetings with my husband when he was in town, vendor walk-throughs, and kept constant communication through email. Honestly, a bride's biggest concern is communication and organization with the planner. I always felt in sync with Megan and she always kept me in the loop of what was going on. From that 6 months onward, I did not once question the organization of my wedding. Even my bridal party had great things to say about PartySpark's communication and organization, as Megan kept them in the loop through emails.
The day of the wedding was a dream. Everything went smoothly and Megan made sure everything ran on time. My uncles and aunts (Indian relatives can be extremely critical) were saying that this was the first wedding they've been to where the bride and groom looked so relaxed and all the events were on time. We were relaxed because we knew everything was being taken care of behind the scenes.
I HIGHLY recommend PartySpark to anyone planning their event. The team at PartySpark is professional, hardworking, considerate, and their quality of work is amazing.
