- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are provided as a membership support pledge; you receive unlimited repair, maintenance, training, and other services for one annual rate. Only other fees are for trip charges to cover for transportation costs, and any actual parts (for replacements, upgrades, etc).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our industry certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, and more, require ongoing renewal through re-testing. Because technology is our passion, we regularly research emergent technologies to provide easy learning for clients to quickly assimilate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I personally became interested in computers since I was a young child. When I was only 6, my parents bought their first computer to which I accidentally broke & had to be fixed before their arrival home from work. One could say, this abruptly started my IT career. After receiving IT certifications for computer repair and network support, I joined the industry working for various "big box" companies. Whilst in college classes, I met a group that was very interested in providing computer repair and tech support service that's more dedicated, more proactive, and less costly to what big box companies provide. Our mission hasn't changed to this day.
