- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off what kind of project it is. Basic, everyday, smaller projects we offer flat rate pricing. Multiple small projects or varying time projects we offer hourly rates depending on the scope of work. And larger or more customized projects we offer free estimates so you know what your project will entail before you give us the go ahead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us and let us know what projects you would like completed. Depending on the type of project we will be able to give you pricing or set up a free estimate and work through the project from there.
