They were so fantastic!!!! They were highly responsive and communicative which I appreciated immensely and even though all I needed was a mattress brought up 2 flights of stairs they did the job quickly and were so kind!! 10/10 absolutely recommend especially if you have 0 upper body strength and live on the 3rd floor

Details: 1-2 items • Mattress • Within the same building • Stairs to load items • No change in floors to unload items

Worst experience with them. They damaged my coffee table during the move, and when I asked them to pay for the damages, they stopped responding and wouldn’t answer my calls.

They also charged extra money and did not provide a proper, detailed bill. The bills they provided were vague and had no clear breakdown of the charges.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them.

Details: 2 bedroom home • Movers + truck(s) • 5 - 10 miles • Load flat; no stairs or elevator • Unload via stairs
