- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based ont he square footage and age of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A confirmation email will be sent as soon as an order is scheduled. This confirmation email contains a link that allows the client to review and sign the pre-inspection agreement if they are unable to attend the inspection. The inspection report will be created and emailed the same day the inspection is complete. If payment has not been made the client has the ability to pay by credit card at this time. After the inspection we are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
