Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My motto, "handcrafting your vision into reality" says it all. Even if you know nothing about woodworking, it is your home and your ideas that will guide me in my work. That final vision of what you always wanted is somewhere in your mind, and it is my job to work with you to bring it into the world. I take value in providing my customers with guidance, without ever straying from the integrity of their natural style and aesthetic. While I am happy to provide solid and efficiently done basic woodwork designs, my true passion is in custom finishes and uniquely shaped pieces. My favorite jobs are those that involve a tricky piece of architecture to work around, incorporating something complex into a seemingly simple design, or anything I've never seen done before! I promise I will do my best to bring your idea -- however challenging or bizarre it may seem -- to reality. I specialize in mid-century modern designs and specialized finishes.

Paul has built a number of items for our home over the last three years. What I've always noticed is the care taken to add permanent value and wow factor to a piece. His craftsmanship is second to none I've ever seen. I were to have an idea, but need someone to develop it for me (because I don't know this stuff), someone to add and mold the idea to fit the space and deliver on quality and style, Paul's the guy. He talks to you until you have a better grasp on what you want - you'll then go over drawings and ideas for how to develop your concept. Once you have dimensions, wood, style, etc., picked out, he goes back and builds the guts. I'm referring to cabinets specifically here. Throughout the project things come up that can be added, things that need to be adjusted or would simply be cool - we'd go out to check up every so often, and once it is built and painted, he's there to install and do any finishing touches. All in all it's been a really positive experience working with him, I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for that personalized feel in a kitchen, in-home library or office.

We had a number of items over the last five years that we've had CRC come to do. The first was a built-in linen closet for our hallway. He made it so that all of the doors that the kids couldn't reach to break were glass, and illuminated the inside while matching it to our existing stained wood trim. Turned out wonderful. The next thing he did was to add on to our deck - I think he did it as a favor to us, but regardless it turned out amazing and has a winding staircase down to the garden - all things I've seen others have but never thought we'd own. Most recently he built our daughter's crib - it turned out so well he asked us if he could use it as his feature piece on the website - which of course we agreed to. Give him some creative license with whatever you're asking for and he will blow you away every time.
