Andrew was wonderful to work with. He replaced three bathroom faucets and worked on my shower valve. When he realized the shower valve was going to involve work beyond his skillset he explained the situation, deducted his bill and gave me suggestions on how to proceed. Andy was wonderful! He asked me the right questions (faucet color and spray modes) and located the leak under the sink. He explained what he was doing as he went along, and after replacing the faucet and cleaning up, he graciously told me how to increase the water pressure in my bathroom sinks. I will call him again!
