- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Set up and take down are free. We do charge an additional amount if your outside the Metro area. We usually don’t charge more if your within 30 minutes of us. If we have to staff the event this is a fee to cover the staff member to be there for the remainder of the party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The entire process is quick. You choose from one of our inflatables and which date works best. We usually come an hour prior to the event time depending on the event to ensure everything is properly set up properly. The set up for a bounce house is about five minutes.
