      Zach is AWESOME!!!!! I have learned so much training with him. He really knows how to work with what you have and what your personal goals are. He is real and seriously the funniest guy I know. I get compliments almost EVERYDAY on my booty!!! A booty that was built with hard work and dedication and damn it feels good! Best trainer around hands down!

      I have been doing in person training with Grayson for 3 weeks. I really enjoy the work outs and can tell that he puts in a lot of time and effort to make them specific to me. After only 3 weeks I have noticed results! I have also had friends and family comment on my results so far. I would recommend GGN workouts to anyone trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or just tone their body!

      Eric is a very qualified fitness trainer. He has many years of experience ranging from group boot camp classes to one on one personal training. I tried both the group oriented sessions and one on one personal training sessions. His work outs are challenging and bring results.

      I played college baseball with Nathan. Nathan and I have had many baseball training talks on how to help out many different kids kick bad habits or to help teach proper techniques. Everyone is different and he adapts very well to different situations. I would recommend Nathan to everyone. Oh I must add he did coach at the high school level as well.

        Michael was the best trainer I have ever had. He is friendly, funny and very good at his job. He motivates you but isn't fake or pushy, just a nice guy who really seems to care about your progress. The best part about training with Mike was how he always kept it interesting, there were always new exercises and stretches to do. Michael would always go the extra mile to ask about my diet and what exercise I was doing outside of the gym too, and when I told him to help me achieve "Michelle Obama arms" he did his very best to get the guns in shape! I've got to say I was very sad to see Mike leave our gym, I couldn't recommend him more highly.

        Mason is a wonderful personal trainer. Before training with Mason, I was an athlete and never had to work out on my own before. And working out with him he has given me a routine I can stick to on my own, and that don't take a lot of time with my busy schedule. He makes workouts personal and exactly what you are looking for. Highly recommend. Anyone looking for a great workout should definitely work out with him, you wont regret it!
