Michael was the best trainer I have ever had. He is friendly, funny and very good at his job. He motivates you but isn't fake or pushy, just a nice guy who really seems to care about your progress. The best part about training with Mike was how he always kept it interesting, there were always new exercises and stretches to do. Michael would always go the extra mile to ask about my diet and what exercise I was doing outside of the gym too, and when I told him to help me achieve "Michelle Obama arms" he did his very best to get the guns in shape! I've got to say I was very sad to see Mike leave our gym, I couldn't recommend him more highly.
