Very poor workmanship of our tile job in our home - 3 bathrooms, laundry, entry and kitchen. Company allowed its workers to bring their family members into my home without asking and utilized my home as their own. Grout was not sealed nor was tile laid correctly. The baseboards are ruined and the grout is coming out everywhere. Mat has promised numerous times to come make this right, but has not done so. He refuses to respond to texts and calls and will not make this job right. The worker also ruined my island and I have had to pay to have that repaired. Interior doors were also stained incorrectly and one was cut with a jagged edge by the worker Fernando. Again, Mat has been made aware and will not fix these issues. Very poor workmanship and customer service.
