Jacob, we are disappointed you did not install our barn door as agreed. You sent me a message the night before the install date canceling the work prompting us to advise you on another date and time this week. I responded to you with a message to call me to discuss a time and date that works for both of us. You did not call back after repeated messages to you to respond. I can understand you wanted to delay the work for personal reasons. But I think it is unprofessional to not follow through with me on rescheduling the work. If you did not want to do the work, I would understand. To not contact me at all is a bad reflection on you. Customers need to know your commitment to get the job done as scheduled and on time. It is your responsibility to keep your customer informed at all times. I have hired another party to do the project.
