Really, anyone can go buy a drill and some bits and get a TV on a wall. The pricing differs depending on the complexity of the job, compounded with the experience to know the right questions to ask to get the job done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk through the job with the client. What type of a/v experience they want or need in that space. Stay transparent on complexity, pricing, and the work happening in their space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years on-the-job training, and all the years before then as an a/v enthusiast.
