- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not set in stone a basic number is materials times 3, another is $500 a room: ceilings, trim and walls included with material. Some times we do square footage. The best way is to look and break down everything so the customer can see too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a phone call followed by a walkthrough of the project. During the walkthrough I will point out anything I find that could be a problem and we will adjust the bid according to what the customer wants. If we come to an agreement we will set a date to start and give a estimated end date as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we do, OSHA is required every year, We also are Red Cross Certified ever 3 years. I personally take continuing education night classes in different avenues.
