- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size and condition of the lawn as well as the services requested. We provide upfront quotes with no hidden fees. We also offer discounts for recurring lawn maintenance services such as weekly or bi-weekly mowing. Additional services like overgrown grass cleanup, leaf removal, or extra trimming may affect pricing, but we always discuss everything with the customer before starting the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and hassle-free. First, we discuss the customer’s lawn care needs and provide a quote based on the size and condition of the yard. Once approved, we schedule the service at a convenient time. On service day, we complete the mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup with attention to detail. After the job is finished, we make sure the customer is satisfied before wrapping up. We also offer recurring lawn maintenance for customers who want regular service.

Our experience comes from hands-on lawn care work and learning the best techniques for mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining healthy-looking yards. We continue improving our skills through real-world experience, attention to detail, and providing quality service to customers. We focus on being reliable, professional, and making sure every lawn looks clean and well maintained.
