We meet & greet are customers with a firm hand shake & a smile, we take notes while listening to there wants & do all we can to meet there needs to make them happy

1 yr of college, 2yrs of training ,4 yrs as a apprentice in the union & 8yrs as a journey Man in local 21 union hall & 10 non Union
