I'm wrapping up my 12th week with GUYMGUYS.
I've lost 12 pounds and am so much stronger. I even ran a 5k! I would have never even consider doing that before.
Working out as a mom seems almost impossible. This has been the best option. I can workout outside while my kids are already outside playing.
It has been beneficial to my family, aswell. My kids greet Jade every week and have joined our workouts.
My trainer is always kind, I have never felt ashamed of where I started.
For the very first time, my fitness goals are attainable. I can't wait to see where I end up after the next 12 weeks.
This has been the very best investment I've made for myself.

It has been great working with Jade! Very professional, and knowledgeable. She also makes working out feel comfortable 1:1 and is not intimidating. I like that she tailors exercises around my specific goals and outcomes. Always right on time arriving and finishes on time!
