- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer various packages to meet different budgets. Prices are all inclusive for the package picked. Mileage is charged per mile outside of the 60 mile radius. I offer a military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a phone meet and greet where we will discuss what you are looking for, type of ceremony, number of guests, dates etc. We will go over packages and pricing. Once a package has been selected, a contract is created and sent to you for your review and approval. Once approved, a deposit is required to save your date. We remain in contact up to the event date! I will work with you via email, text, phone or even in person to make sure we have everything just the way you want it for your ceremony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent the majority of my working career (20+ years) in customer service and public speaking in one form or another. I am college educated and professionally trained in management.
