- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to think of the customers home as my own. The question I ask myself many times a day is "If this was my home, what would I do in this situation with the many yeas of knowledge I have to back me up?"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them, their home and their individual needs. After all, certain projects can be resolved in many ways, however, not all those are appropriate for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job training as well as many classes and certifications.
