- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not too complicated. With any service, the more you buy the better rate you will get. Plus, with personal training I want to get at least a good 2-3 months with each client.

Constantly doing continuing education with the American College of Sports Medicine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Just became a passion in life and physical health is the best preventative care you can do for yourself.
