Jake is the best! He is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable, and is always learning and finding new ways to maximize his clients potential! He isn’t a one size fits all kind of trainer. He will always do his best to cater to and personalize the workouts to whatever your goals are physically, and health wise. I’ve never had a trainer push me more in the gym to get the results that I want, or a trainer who cared more about my accomplishments in the gym. I highly recommend Jake if you are looking for a great personal trainer, and just a great guy in general!
