The owner is very communicative and professional, the cleaner was wonderful and efficient. Recurring cleanings receive a discount: 30% off weekly, 20% off biweekly, and 10% off monthly. Standard cleanings are also priced lower than deep cleanings. Your exact price depends on the home, service type, condition, and any extras or special requests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking can be completed entirely online through our website with just a few clicks. No back-and-forth is required. After booking, you receive confirmation, reminders, and updates about your cleaner through your customer portal. You can also call us anytime if you have questions or prefer to speak with someone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have 10+ years of professional cleaning experience. We are very selective with hiring and accept roughly 1 out of every 50+ applicants. Cleaners are background checked and insured, then go through our cleaning checklist and trial cleans alongside one of our most experienced cleaners.
