- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
varies depending upon the request. I like to speak with the customer to try and find out important details about their issues. Any veteran or active military will receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
establishing a trusting relationship, display my courtesy, let the customer know they are very important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue with 18 hours of continuing education credits every three years (at least 6 per year), read magazines and brochures about the latest and newest trends. I as well have taught some classes regarding theory, applications, and safety. I also take advantage of seminars and helped the National Electric Code with revisions.
