FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the specific scope of work for your project. Standard installation pricing covers a typical install; however, additional labor, modifications, or non-standard setups (such as cabinet alterations, long water or drain lines, or tight access) may result in additional fees. We’ll always communicate any potential extra costs before work begins—no surprise charges. Discounts may be available for multiple appliances or bundled services. Feel free to ask for a detailed estimate so we can provide the most accurate pricing upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by reviewing the details of your request, including any photos or descriptions you provide. Based on that information, we explain the expected scope of work, pricing, and next steps. Once approved, we schedule your appointment at a convenient time. On the day of service, our technician arrives on time, diagnoses the issue or completes the installation, and reviews any findings or recommendations with you before proceeding with additional work. After the job is completed, we test the appliance to ensure proper operation, review the work with you, and answer any questions. Our goal is clear communication, quality workmanship, and no surprises from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained and experienced in appliance installation, diagnostics, and repair across a wide range of major household brands. This includes hands-on field training, manufacturer guidelines, and ongoing education to stay current with modern appliances and industry best practices. We follow manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local code requirements to ensure every job is done correctly and safely. Our experience allows us to accurately diagnose issues, recommend appropriate repairs, and complete installations efficiently and professionally.
