Boise Carpet care arrived when they said they would, started work immediately, and a very thorough job. I also asked to have 2 10 year old upholstered reclining chairs to be cleaned. They look like they did when they were new. Boise carpetcleaning provided the best price of the multiple companies I called and they were able to get here the next day. I'll use them again the next time.

I can’t recommend Boise CarpetCleaning enough! I called very early this morning needing help last minute because my two-year-old had a few accidents on the carpet, and being pregnant, the urine smell was making me so sick. Even though they were already fully booked, they still made time to fit me in the same day.
I called around 6–7 AM, and they responded right away and had someone at my house by 11 AM exactly as promised. He arrived promptly, was extremely kind and professional, and completely transformed our carpets. They honestly look brand new again and smell amazing.
He also took the time to give me helpful tips and advice for keeping everything fresh, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a company that is this responsive, accommodating, and genuinely caring. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely use them again in the future!

We will always quote a fair price for our work. No hidden fees. Price quoted is the price charged. We try our best to work with our customers to stay within a budget. We offer 15% off to senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set up an appointment to physically look at the location and work to be done, then quote a price to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for leading carpet and floor cleaning companies since the age of 22, receiving on the job training for several years, then purchasing my own company in 2002. I have received awards for exceptional service and have attended up to date ongoing training.
