We do odd jobs, Painting, plumbing (fix leaks, install sinks and toilets, and have unplugged countless toilets...yuck), general maintenance and mainly the little things most contractors are too busy to do. We show up on time well more than not LOL We communicate our progress daily or sooner via text and pictures We thrive on your special little jobs. We are clean and do not leave messes. AND WE DO WINDOWS !!! Jon is the rock star of windows. Jon comes to us with years of experience in commercial window cleaning. In Jon's tenure he was a leader is safety Yep he can tackle those beautiful windows way up there. To think...No longer do you have to get on that ladders no more spills. Humbly Bill the owner...that's me..blushing now..has traveled from Mexico to Asia building and remodeling homes. We actually built a Church in Fiji. A pole structure with a Blue Tarp for a roof. WE had it up for their first service on Sunday. The little home church in Nandi Fiji were thrilled. One of the most satisfying experiences I have has that relates to by job performance and handyman skill was from 2005 thru 2008 when Volunteered for a ministry organization in Chico, Ca called Youth With A Mission. After a year of personal growth and out reach in FiJI I volunteered (no pay) to stay on staff as Facilities Maintenance Co-Ordinator. My duties were leading a team of young and old volunteers as we performed maintenance on approximately 85 building of which was a Hotel built in the 20s or 30's. In my responsibilities I also took care of water treatment and sewer treatment. I worked along side many craftsmen of lifetime trades that spent their golden years helping varied NGO Ministries with their facilities big and small. In the housing boom of the late seventies I self taught myself the skills of flipping homes and had several rentals in Northern California. Learned the hard way LOL. I am retired now as a butcher by trade but now enjoy putting things back together no pun intended LOL. As a manager working retail managing employees has given me great people skills and I have learned that a satisfied customer is the best reward. Sure the money helps but doing a good job and seeing that satisfied smile on your face and having a completed job that you my customer is proud of makes my day!!! Your reading this because you are interested in hiring one of our teammates. All I can say is we will do our best to give you the best quality and a fare price in a reasonable time! About

Here's how the Brilliant process works: * During our initial meeting with you, we will talk with about all your ideas and explorer your needs. We will talk about how to maximize your budget to get the most value financially and aesthetically. * We will then provide you a written estimate of the costs, a detailed scope of work and timeline. * If design work is needed, we will enter the design phase next. The design phase may produce a few or many revisions to the estimate. This is normal and easy to handle, and you always approve any changes before we proceed. * Next, you will visit showrooms to pick out your fixtures and finishes. We will implement your choices into the estimate. * Once we all think we are ready to start, we will produce the remodeling agreement. You will review it and authorize us to proceed. * During the remodel construction phase, the Project Manager coordinating directly with you, will keep you updated on progress and get your input along the way. Again, if you should change your mind during this phase, a change order will be produced for your approval and the project will continue. * Finally, at the end of your remodel project, we will hold a final meeting with you and review the finished project, the costs and the final statement.
