Bryant was tenacious and continued to work on my printer until he exhausted every possible solution. He was unable to repair my 7y/o printer but I was encouraged by his pleasant attitude and tenacity as well as his ability to look at various possibilities of what might be wrong. He was very fair and reasonable in his travel fee. I am passing his information on to family and friends that may need technology services in the future.
