Introduction: I am well-versed in explaining technical information to both computer experts and novices alike. I stand by my work 100%, and run a small and efficient operation that allows me to keep costs reasonable for my clients. I was having problems with my computer running slower and slower. I contacted Mr. Morrison and he reformatted my computer, loaded antivirus software and updated my operating system. Now my computer runs like it did when it was new. I also needed a new printer. Mr. Morrison researched printers in my price range and gave me a list of suggested types and models and also provided me information on the most reliable and least expensive vendors. I have been very happy with the printer Mr. Morrison suggested.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's of Science in Geographic Information systems, over 10 years on the job experience repairing computers and network administration, and several technical certifications related to operating systems, Microsoft software, and networks.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I truly enjoy helping people and have always loved working with computers, so founding this business was a natural progression for me. I worked as a lab assistant for four semesters while earning my M.S., and that was when I learned I had a natural talent for this business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Optimize slow computers, reformat hard drives (both to improve speed and remove viruses), repair systems that won't start at all (due to hardware or operating system issue), and fix peripheral issues (problems with network printers, routers, etc).
