My cleaner didn't knock on the door loud enough the first time she came, she came later and I barley heard her. I don't think she was properly trained, as a result she left the hard flooring sticky or unrinsed. The bathrooms cleaned nicely but took longer than I thought they should have. Michelle was a very sweet lady but tired. I would like to try a different person in order to compare their methods.

Scam. Don't open the website. It will force you to accept the terms before you can see the homepage and then you will find yourself enrolled in 6 months non refundable membership that you can't cancel because of the terms they put.

Genuinely the most predatory and irresponsible cleaning company I've ever encountered. They deceptively entered me in a membership I did not sign up for, their cleaners were unprofessional and didn't fully clean my home like I paid extra for and they charged me extra junk fees. The worst part is truly the membership the wrap you up in. It costs almost $300 to cancel because you have to pay for 6 months. I filed a claim with my credit card company, filed a complaint through the FTC and left a review on BBB. It's truly disgusting how these companies act with no remorse with customer service.

Back to back no shows, although I received an email confirmation from them the morning of my scheduled cleaning. No additional communication at all. This is the worst (non) cleaning experience I've ever had. Don't waist your time with this company.
