My mom is extremely picky with her cleanliness. The cleaners did a magnificent job. They were efficient they were on time they were professional and they cleaned to the highest standards. I was worried it would be difficult to communicate with an agency because I live in California and my mom is having our house cleaned in Boise, but it has been nothing but incredible communication and follow up on their part. In addition I interviewed three other agencies and all of them were twice as expensive as Sparkle cleaning, reasonable pricing and exceptional service.

Oksana is incredibly talented and consistently leaves my home absolutely sparkling. My sinks have never shined so brightly, and every surface looks immaculate. What truly sets her apart is her attention to detail. She goes above and beyond with the little touches that make such a difference—conditioning the wood on my antique piano, making sure the refrigerator doors are spotless and free of fingerprints, and cleaning every nook and cranny.
Oksana also has a special gift for making our home feel warm and welcoming. She creatively folds blankets, leaves adorable ribbons and bows with the paper products, and adds thoughtful decorative touches throughout the house. After a long day at work, it is such a joy to come home to a home that not only looks beautiful but feels cared for.
She is especially skilled at caring for stone surfaces and mirrors, which always look flawless when she's finished.
While English is not her first language, we've never had any communication issues. With today's translation apps and her willingness to communicate, everything is easy and seamless.
