Pamela is a bright vivacious trainer that provides group training to myself and fellow coworkers on our lunch hour, our ages range from 22 -62. She always provides a well thought out, unique and tough workout focusing on the complete body with a lot of core, offering modifications for all fitness levels. Pamela is very mindful of technique making sure form is not compromised. I have also worked with Pamela on a personal trainer level and experienced outstanding results. I would recommend the Body Squad for anyone looking to ace up their fitness level.

Who could ever make me look forward to working out? I couldn’t imagine. As it turned out it’s Pamela Bryson-DiMetro. With her help I’ve turned my life around. Her wealth of knowledge about the body and health in general, along with her wonderful, positive personality kept me going three times a week to workout until I moved to North Carolina 2 days ago. I arrived at my new home in far better condition than previously; much, much stronger; and with a whole new attitude about health. Workouts with Pamela were always challenging, but she was continuously supporting me, which made a huge difference. I’ll be forever grateful to this Great Trainer.

Pamela is a great trainer. She knows how to motivate and encourage. Her ability to zone in on one's strengths and weaknesses is a large benefit of her training skills. Due to working with her, I walked 2.5 miles today and biked 6 miles. I also do body pump and yoga. And....I am old enough to be retired. She is a good choice when looking for a personal trainer.

I was so privileged to share a room recently with Pamela at our conference. When she found out about some muscle soreness I was dealing with from my Dressage riding, she watched a Dressage video online with me to see what I was talking about, then showed me 5 exercises to help balance out the load on my muscles. I felt better almost immediately! I appreciate her taking the time and sharing her expertise to help me learn how to take better care of my body. Thank you Pamela!

I recently retired. Pamela would come to my workplace twice a week and conduct an exercise class during the noon hour for myself and10 or 12 of my coworkers. I attended the class most of the time for 7 years. The classes were never boring and always demanding. She was very good at pushing us just the right amounts over time to attain higher levels of fitness. Every class was like having your own personal trainer. She has a great personality and was always helpful and patient in explaining how to perform any exercise correctly. I will miss her and the class and I would give her my highest recommendation.
