She has been licensed since 2006 and has her real estate licenses and practices real estate in Idaho, California, and Oregon, focusing on relocation. Cheyenne’s first priority when meeting a new client is to find out how she can best assist them. Instead of just waiting for her turn to talk, she keenly listens. The insight she gains helps her to more precisely concentrate on their wants and needs. Cheyenne is a strong believer in continuous education having graduated in 2011 from California State University with a Bachelor in Business and an option in real estate and urban land economics. The business and real estate degree furthers her understanding of the financial and investment aspect of the real estate market as well as economic cycles and what may influence them.
Carlette has worked in Real Estate for over 15 years. She is now working in the Treasure Valley area and she has also worked in Oregon and Nevada. Carlette feels working in these areas has broadened her knowledge, so she can best serve her clients in all aspects of Real Estate. Carlette will assist in all levels including First Time Home Buyers, Income producing property, commercial, new construction and Farm/Ranch.
Nicole has been in the real estate field for over 9 years. She is originally from the Central Valley of California. Being brought up in an agricultural area, Nicole’s vision was to continue her life surrounded by agriculture. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, she met her true love and soon thereafter moved to the Treasure Valley in Idaho where she now resides with her family. Soon after moving to Idaho, Nicole’s initial activities brought her into the real estate industry, and in 2009, she obtained her Real Estate License. Nicole began working directly with large farms and ranches, focusing on extensive research and water right consulting. After starting her family, Nicole began a business with her husband in real estate investing. Nicole prides herself on her strong work ethics and sincerity, and is known for developing quality working relationships with her clientele with relationships based on respect, integrity and trust. She is dedicated to meeting all the needs of sellers, buyers or both and ensures that you have the support needed to make sound decisions and receive the best deal possible.
