- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full roofing service company who specliazing in high quality materials with extended warrantied to keep you protected. Price will always be determined based on the size of your entire roof and access to it. We provide the best service at the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a roof report to see what we are working with. We do an attic evaluation at the home appointment to see if the roof is venting properly or see if it's leaking. Once the customer wants to proceed we move onto scheduling the work and having the shingle/product chosen. *Fun*
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an actual Journeyman roofer with over 30 years experience. Our employees are background checked and drug tested. Our installers are all certified with many shingle manufacturers. Once or twice a year we send our people out for modern building training as well as OSHA training.
