- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Bids for work vary greatly. Get a firm bid from any contractor, or agree on a time and materials amount with a cap so you are both on the same page. Pick out the flooring, counters, shingles, siding or other materials so the contractor knows exactly what you want the job to look like. Use online sources at Home Depot, Lowes or others to pre-shop and get ideas as to colors, styles and textures.
