I am locally trained chef (North Idaho College Culinary Program). All of my recipes use fresh ingredients to create wholesome and healthy scratch made meals. I cater more than food. I cater to the needs and expectations of my clients with great customer service by going the extra mile for you! My most unique venue is: "THE MAGICAL MYSTERY FOOD TOUR." Host a dinner party at your home where I come in and TEACH you and your guests how to cook a four or five course meal. Or simply look for my classes on social media and "sign-up" As well, look for my "CDA POP UP DINNER" events...coming Spring of 2017 I have a passion for food. My biggest reward comes from the positive reactions from my clients. From planning to conducting their event, Richeezmo makes it memorable and worry free! As well, as a disabled veteran, I've proven to myself and other veteran's that we can survive and thrive! This has also enabled me to continue my service to others by partnering with local farmers and businesses to create "POP UP DINNERS", "TEAM BUILDING EVENTS" and "Personal & Group Training/Cooking Classes.

Rich was very good at asking the right questions to understand the catering requirements and budget. Service was excellent, food ideas for the occasion were perfect for an all day Open House. Guests loved the food. I will definitely use his services again.

From the first contact, through the ending of our wedding rehearsal dinner (for 60 folks), I would have to say that working with Rich was an amazing experience! Not only was his food excellent, serving us a full meal with two delicious entrees, salads and desserts for an unbelievable price, his work ethic and trust-building demeanor made it stress-free for us. I wish I lived in the Spokane area, or had a business there, for I would use his services on an ongoing basis. As a former cafe owner and caterer myself, I understand the challenges of it, and Rich is just the cream of the crop. Thank you Rich, for making the evening and the food so memorable!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy communicating by phone or face to face. It helps eliminate questions and allows for more fluid conversations. It also allows you to see how passionate and sincere I am about food...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal reading at this point. Culinary School ended for me in 2011. It's now more about taking that experience and creating versatility. My education comes from interaction with my customers and creating new and exciting foods for them.
