- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes, when troubleshooting a new problem that I've never faced before, it may take me some extra time to figure out the best solution for you. In these cases, I may adjust the total price down to what I think is a fairer amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to talk to them a bit to understand what they use their technology for, and how they interact with it, in order to tailor my solutions to best meet their needs and bring them the most satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done tech handyman work informally for friends and family for over 20 years, and I worked in corporate IT for over 7 years. I have several professional IT certifications from my time in corporate IT.
