Last summer 2024 Gary and his Son Shawn remodeled two bathrooms in tile that are exquisite. The time and energy they both spent With my parents and I was outstanding. You know everything upfront, you order everything and Gary goes through it to make sure its all there and ready to go and then pulls the trigger.Update 5/12/2025 My dad recently had a quadruple bypass and needed a little help with the shower and Gary came over and put in a reducer for the water pressure after dad calling him just yesterday on a Sunday. Exceptional and outstanding, and I will refer him Forever. Mike Keating.

Z Squared just wrapped up a large walk in shower install (1970's daylight basement) for our live-in elderly mother in law's bathroom. The assessment and planning phase was meticulous, transparent and very professional. Communication was excellent. The fixture(s) and supply acquisition process was made simple and stress free due to Gary's constant diligence and patient guidance. The construction process involved some complexities such as to be expected in an older home but Gary and Zachary managed challenges efficiently and confidently. They are excellent problem solvers. They clearly demonstrated their experience and craftsmanship all day every day for the duration. Well organized and disciplined. Cleaned up the job site every shift. The whole experience exceeded our expectations in all ways and especially for workmanship, customer service, product quality, honesty and emphasis on proper placement of user safety features for the shower enclosure itself. Gary and Zackary's welcome attention to customer feedback and detail was beyond exceptional. Outstanding product at an honest price. Totally satisfied all around. Heartily recommend Gary an Zachary.
