Dan was skilled and did a great job! I needed my bicycle attached to a stationary device to allow for indoor bike riding. No manual needed. My bike was ready to go in five minutes. He responded right away to my service request. I felt safe having him in my home. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I would hire him again!

We contacted Dan from Reno, Nevada, as we were opening a new practice in Hayden, ID. The original contact went fine. I told him that our facilities director was flying into town from Reno and would be available on March 1st at 9:00 am to meet him for the project. It was all confirmed with Dan in writing. It was important that everything ran smoothly as 1) we are located out of state, and 2) I was going out of town and would not be available. My boss was listed as the contact in case anything arose. The following is the review provided by my boss and our facilities director. My boss wrote: I believe he was scheduled to be on the job at 9 AM on March 1st. Chris let me know at 11 that he hadn't shown up. I tracked him down, and he seemed surprised that I was calling him and said that his daughter was in the hospital, and that's why he didn't make it, but that he would be there the next day at 11. I understand emergencies happen, but he didn't call or email anybody to let us know he wasn't going to be there. The facilities director wrote: He was late from the start. When he did arrive, he seemed to know what to do. Then he decided he needed to go out for three hours to buy different hangers (the art came with hardware), I called him to see where he was and he really didn't give me a good answer other than "Parts were cheaper in Reno." He had left the project two days later and forgot to hang one, so I had him come back to install it. I had to do a punch list for the contractor, and I found that the walls after he finished were marked up so badly under each picture that the painter had to fix them. We also had one that wasn't anchored properly and had to be rehung by our contractor. The work and the time (2 days) it took to hang 16 pictures were subpar for something so simple. Dan is a really nice guy. I wish this would have worked out.
