FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is according to the listed hourly rate. However, I am willing to negotiate discounts for students who are interested in purchasing a package of sessions. For more details, please contact me directly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we communicate through ThumbTack about the new customer’s goals, details about my services, and when our schedules align. Then, we set an appointment for our first session, after which I send a link to our conference. Finally, we meet at the appointed time through video conference and live document editing, immediately progressing towards the customer’s goals. After the first session, during which the customer gets a first-hand experience of the learning they will achieve, we schedule future sessions, during which understanding and scores improve continuously!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s in English and a Master’s in Mathematics. I am a certified teacher and have taught public high school mathematics for 10 years. I am also a 5-star tutor on Varsity Tutors. As a student, I scored a 334 on the GRE, 170 on the LSAT, and in the 99th percentile on the SAT and ACT.
