Getting information was easy and straight forward. You received an email with all the answers. The movers, Duane and Jamison, were early, polite, careful and fast. I would recommend them, and I would use them again.

Katie was very helpful with the estimate and scheduling and Dwayne and Devon were punctual, friendly, and efficient with the pick-up. I would definitely use them again.

I have used this service twice and theyre great. I needed help with junk and donation removal from my house that I was selling in August of last year and again last weekend to remove furniture from a storage unit. Both services were needed in Pocatello. They showed up on time (during a short one hour window), & called me in advance to confirm as well as the day of with an ETA. They worked quickly and were nice and professional. Highly recommend Mother Truckers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several discounts starting with student/ teacher, senior citizens, military and first responders.... Paying in cash saves you 3% also!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask what service you need, what city your in, if you have any stairs and pictures of what you need done.
Then we are usually ready to quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the industry for a number of years both running the office and preforming the jobs on site.
