As a mom with a college-aged daughter living out of state with two roommates, my top priority was finding someone trustworthy to help them with a shower repair. From the very beginning, Ruben from Veteran General Contracting put my mind at ease. He was not only professional and prompt, but he also treated the girls with respect and kindness. They felt completely safe and comfortable having him and his crew in their home, which, as a parent, means everything.
His pricing was very fair, with no signs of trying to upsell or take advantage of the situation. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness, he even offered to come back at no charge just to show the girls how to change the filter on the shower head when needed. That kind of service and care is rare these days.
I am so grateful to Ruben and will absolutely call on him again for any future needs. I highly recommend Veteran General Contracting. Thank you again, Ruben.
