- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation and Needs Assessment - In this 20-minute initial meeting, I work with you, the potential client, to identify and define your challenges and goals. This will be either phone or zoom. The initial consultation will help us see the need "as is" in order to assess the current situation. If the overall goal involves anyone besides the client, please be sure all parties are available for the initial consultation or review of any proposal. PARTNERfly/Stephanie Hooks is not responsible for communication gaps between household members. After our initial meeting, we will devise a plan that is tailored to your desires and needs. We will identify the changes and clearly define the goals for you. Working together we will ORGANIZE, CREATE and DEFINE your GOALS! With your priorities in mind, we will teach you habits that will give you the positive affects you desire in order to maintain the changes made.

C.O.P.E. certified since 2014 Various educational books, conferences, and leadership trainings in health, wellness, and organization topics.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I partner with clients that want to declutter areas in their health, home, and life. My clients range from young adults to elderly, professionals to stay at home parents. Everyone can benefit from better habits and structures.
