What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn about your home and your cleaning needs. Then I provide a free estimate and answer any questions. On cleaning day, I arrive on time, clean with great attention to detail, and make sure you’re happy with the results. I always welcome feedback because I want every visit to be even better than the last.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than three years of professional cleaning experience, including Airbnb turnovers, recurring home cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings. I continue learning better cleaning techniques and use professional equipment and products.
