Let me tell you, as a working parent of two rambunctious toddlers, keeping the houseclean used to be a never-ending battle. Between soccer practice, playdates, and the constant stream of goldfish crackers, my weekends were spent scrubbing floors instead of relaxing. Then I found SereneClean.id!
These folks are absolute lifesavers. They come every other week and in just a few hours, my house is sparkling! We're talking baseboards, ceiling fans (seriously, who even dusts those?), and even the inside of the microwave (don't judge!).
If you're on the fence about hiring a cleaning service, take it from this sleep-deprived but grateful mom: DO IT! Serene Clean is absolutely worth every penny.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work directly within your budget to develop a cleaning plan that works for you. We work quickly and efficiently. We charge by the hour and We offer discounts for recurring jobs and referrals!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get an understanding of the type of cleaning job that is being requested including the expectations and budget. Once those are set, we schedule the cleaning. We have excellent communication so you know when we are on our way and when we're done. If anything comes up during a first visit that jeopardizes the budget, we make contact with the customer to confirm before proceeding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience and are engaged in continuing education that improves the quality of the products we use and the efficiency of our work.
