- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My father and I make a point to both go and meet our clients face to face to gain a better understanding of the scope of the project and ultimately build a relationship. We then build our estimates and provide our client with a very detailed outline of the products we intend to use, we provide our references, as well as a detailed estimate for the painting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A combined 42 years in the coatings industry between my father and I with Sherwin Williams.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father, who is my business partner, spent 32 years with Sherwin Williams so my passion for painting started at a very young age. I have been around it my whole life.
