I do give free estimates and any estimates given over the phone are just an estimate since the dynamics are always different from job to job.

Chris was great, he worked quickly and found and fixed problems we didn’t know we had left by previous workers. He even called the company and had them come out to fix leaks beneath our house. We were selling our house as he was working and he didn’t gripe about people getting in his way. He even let our dog out to go potty. He was and did exceptional work and I would definitely call him again for any handyman work. I have already recommended him to others.

Kris showed up for the bid on time and explained what heeded to get done. Since mine started as a DIY project he gave me some pointers on ways to save time (and money) before he showed up to complete the project.
The day of the project he was early and completed the project at the time quoted. He was good about explaining things and I learned a lot in those two hours. I would highly recommend him for value, punctuality, quality of work, and professionalism!

We were very lucky to get set up with Kris for our bathroom remodel. He was great at helping me design the new space and he was always communicating with us during the process. Any time we had an issue with the materials supplier he went to bat for us and took care of everything. After the job was done there was a small finishing item that needed to be replaced. It took a month for him to come back out but I never had to question if he would actually take care of it because after having him on the job all summer I knew he wouldn’t leave it unfinished. I highly recommend him for your projects. I know I will be calling him for my next project!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can bid jobs by the project or small jobs by the hour. $75 for the first hour and $55 for each additional hour plus materials. The choice is yours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out not only to look over the project but to find out specific needs of my customers. It allows for them to meet me and me to meet them and hopefully build some trust in the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the trades for over 30 years. When I lived in Southern California I was a licensed General Contractor for a number of years building custom homes, kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as some TI work on occasion.
