Burke has certainly helped me change my body slowly but surely. It's good to have a trainer who would keep you in check. If you're on your own, it's so easy to give up or lose right track. Monthly measurement keeps me aware of my progress as well as motivates me to do better. He'll come up with exercises that are good fit for your athletic level. I never left the gym unsatisfied. He'll push you hard but it's very good to have someone who'd do that for you! It's been about 4months working out with him, and I definitely feel the difference in how my clothes fit.

Performed a thorough fitness assessment during the first meeting. Very clear with goals. Uses individual notebooks for each client where he writes down all the workouts. You can use the workouts in the notebook on your own time which is really nice. There are alternatives to every exercise if there are any physical issues (for me it was my knees). The workouts are challenging but not over whelming. I thought 30min was too short but it is just enough time to learn basics and even get through the workouts; then do them later on my own time. Focus on posture and technique. Help me accountable in between workouts. He is also very sweet and friendly. I would recommend Burke.

Will is wonderful! He is fun, encouraging, reliable, and skilled--a true delight to train with! I have always dreaded workouts, but with him, I look forward to them (except for leg days) -and each workout is different!
