Enhance FITNESS Coaching has been a wonderful experience for me. I enjoy the private studio and one on one personalized training. Kalynn has tailored my workouts to fit my specific needs and goals. Her approach is not only fitness based but overall health and well-being focused as well. I have found improvement in muscle tone, blood pressure, balance, endurance, flexibility and have lost inches and weight. During my sessions Kaylnn and I discuss my challenges and she offers suggestions for improvements. This has helped my entire family with meal planning, group exercise and even our sleeping habits have improved. Kalynn is very flexible and willing to work with me on rescheduling when unplanned family or work obligations occur. I highly recommend Enhance FITNESS Coaching for people who are looking for a lifestyle change and health improvement.

I was looking for a local trainer and corresponded with a few on Thumbtack. Kalynn was one. I didn't end up hiring until a few months later. Kalynn has been proactive in following up with me, and has been really wonderful to work with. She is responsive, thorough, and has tailored the coaching to meet my needs. She is also very accommodating to my crazy schedule. I would highly recommend her for personal training.

I am happy with the training so far. I thought the assessment was thorough and that Kalynn understands my goals and has mapped out a plan to help me attain them. She is very knowledgeable not only about fitness, but nutrition as well. :)

I would not be able to say enough good things about Enhance Fitness!! I recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting fit, wants to be pushed physically, but not so hard that injury will result. I do have plans on getting back there someday soon when I am able.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $40 per one-on-one session. Couples can train together in a semi-private session for $32 each ($64 total). All sessions are are 45 minutes and include a free consultation and fitness assessment. Monthly and 12-week packages are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I enjoy meeting potential new clients in a "discovery session" to show them my studio and answer initial questions. This way they can evaluate the environment and see if training with me is a fit. I then schedule a consultation, where we discuss health and exercise history, past experience, and readiness to change. We also do a fitness assessment. From this information, I develop an exercise program customized to the client. We work together to address healthy eating concerns and develop healthy lifestyle habits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a health and fitness information junky. Knowledge is motivation. I read and share articles, studies and research. I am an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer. I will be continuing my education to become a certified Health Coach, because I believe behavior change is key and clients need this kind of support to achieve long lasting change. I think having a business background and degree, and having been a Project Management Professional is a plus as well.
