- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I practice daily, read articles, perform collaboratively, I am a member of the IMEA and MTNA, perform with the Treasure Valley Swing Band, engage in discussions on education forums, attend conferences, and study recordings. I am currently studying jazz voicings and working to improve my improvisation skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew as a fifth grader that I wanted to teach music. I love making music and helping others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach piano and voice lessons, predominantly. My teaching is comprehensive and includes performing, theory, technique, history, and explores various styles.
